熔模铸造-蜡模组装

本课题以砂型铸造和特种铸造中典型工艺为研究对象，研究工艺参数与资源消耗、环境负荷的影响规律，建立铸造工艺资源环境负荷特征指标体系，确定铸造工艺资源环境负荷采集指标，基于集成了能够采集油雾、粉尘、气态污染物和噪声的传感器，采集了3条熔模铸造蜡模组装工艺场景数据。This study focuses on typical processes in sand casting and special casting, investigates the influencing rules between process parameters, resource consumption and environmental load, establishes a characteristic index system for resource and environmental load of casting processes, defines the collection indicators for such loads, and collects 3 sets of scenario data from the wax pattern assembly process of investment casting based on integrated sensors capable of collecting oil mist, dust, gaseous pollutants and noise.
