Deep Sea: Ocean Imaginaries, RMIT Gallery, Melbourne, Australia, 5th May - 1st July 2017.

The works developed for <b>Deep Sea</b> resulted from Mariele Neudecker's collaboration with scientists and explore the hidden, often contradictory, aspects of the deep ocean. Focusing on the theme of the sublime in a contemporary context Neudecker questions our perceptions of, relationship to and impact on this invisible world.<br><br>This item contains an outline of the exhibition, an exhibtion poster, an exhibition view and a video.<br><br>It documents the inclusion of Neudecker's dual video installation work, <b>One More Time (</b>2017) in <i>Ocean Imaginaries</i> at the RMIT Gallery, in Melbourne Australia in 2017. The exhibition featured the work of 20 international artists whose works explored perceptions of the ocean in a time of profound environmental change.
