Hyperspectral Raman Image of an emulsion
收藏资源简介:
OVERVIEW This file provides the hyperspectral Raman image (hypercube) of Emulsion B from:Andrew, Jeremy J.; Browne, Mark A.; Clark, Ian E.; Hancewicz, Tom M.; Millichope, Allen J. (1998). Raman imaging of emulsion systems. Applied Spectroscopy, 52(6), 790–796. It is a well-known dataset in the chemometric community, often used for teaching and benchmarking multivariate imaging methods. It has been widely used in papers, courses, and software demos (e.g., PCA, ICA, NMF, cluster mapping, band-integration maps ...). CONTENTS File name: Emulsion_B.mat Variables inside the .mat: Emulsion_B — numeric array, size [60 × 60 × 253] (Y × X × spectral channels). Each pixel (y, x) stores one Raman spectrum along the 3rd dimension. ramanshift — numeric vector, [1 × 253], units cm⁻¹. Generated (non-linear) Raman-shift axis aligned to the reference. We have reconstructed the x-axis based on matching with the original paper figures. Spectral range trimming (likely cutting the extremes vs. the paper). Baseline handling. These undocumented steps explain the differences with the publication. CHANGELOG v1.0 — Initial public release: Emulsion_B (60×60×253) plus generated ramanshift (1×253); axis aligned to the reference as described above.
