Replication Data for : Electroporation of spheroids using an electric gradient : a tool to study intensity-dependent permeabilization

These experimental and numerical (finite element modeling) data are associated to the Paper "Electroporation of spheroids using an electric gradient : a tool to study intensity-dependent permeabilization". It contains : 1) stacks of fluorescent images (FDA and PI channel) of the spheroids presented in the paper [Software : Zen 3.8]. 2) Z-stacks of confocal images of 4 spheroids for 6 different applied Electric Fields [Software : LAS AF] 3) A Comsol file containing numerical model used for evaluation of the electric field (Comsol 6.2) Stacks of images are readable with ImageJ (free stoftware)
