Chicken abdominal adipose tissue responses to secondary immune response (Transcriptome sequencing and Small RNA sequencing)

1-day-old Hy-Line Grey chickens were randomly separated into control group and ND group. The ND group chickens were vaccinated with NDV LaSota vaccine strain via the eye drop on 7-day-old and 28-day- old, and the control group chickens were treated with vaccine dilution. In ND group, three abdominal adipose tissue samples (D_1, D_2, D_3) were randomly selected on 5 days post-primary immunization and three samples (C_1, C_2, C_3) on 5 days post-secondary immunization. In the control group, six samples (B_1, B_2, B_3) and (A_1, A_2, A_3) corresponding to 5 days post-primary immunization and secondary immunization were randomly selected as controls, respectively. This project includes transcriptome sequencing data and small RNA sequencing data of 12 samples, a total of 24 accession items.
