资源简介:
All these files enable to reproduce the results shown in the paper "Bee diversity patterns in urban and adjacent natural ecosystems: high species turnover makes urban parks biodiversity refuges" -metacom_early and metacom_late: bee metacommunities (presence/absence data) in the early and late season. -db_flowers: flowering species richness in each site and season (early and late). ecosystem type (urban vs natural) is indicated. -db_bees: nestedness contribution for each bee species in the early and late season. rank in the packed nested matrix is given, and whether the species is idiosyncratic or not is indicated. information on distribution (number of occurrences, i.e. sites occupied) and abundance (mean abundance where the bee is present) is also given. -db_sites: nestedness contribution for each site (ecosystem type -urban vs natural- is indicated) in the early and late season. rank in the packed nested matrix is given, and whether the site is idiosyncratic or not is indicated. -db_beta: pairwise betadiversity between sites in the early and the late season. type of betadiversity is indicated (nestedness, turnover, total) as well as type of site combination (uu: urban vs urban; nn: natural vs natural; nu: natural vs urban)
