We report the RNA-seq based analyses of the transcriptional changes in the Anopheles stephensi transcriptome at 7d after blood feeding with CSPwt or CSPmut plasmodium. Comparison of the transcriptome of Anopheles stephensi females at two blood feeding conditions (with CSPwt or CSPmut plasmodium) and one time point.
