Code to run analysesUse the R file ("R code to run all analysis.R") to run and reproduce all analyses and plots. This requires "Odo.mean.trait.data_Inter_MA_2024_01_26", "Odo.mean.trait.data_2024_01_26.csv", and "Odo.tree.Waller.Svensson.2017.rda" (time-calibrated Odonata phylogeny from Waller & Svensson 2017 Evolution 71) in the working directory to load in as input files.
