Comparison of aP2-Cre and Cdh5-Cre tdTomato labeled cells from hindlimb and SCM muscles shows they mark the same endothelial cell populations We performed single cell gene expression analysis of scRNA-seq data from aP2-Cre and Cdh5-Cre tdTomato labeled cells from multiple muscle groups对来自后肢与SCM肌肉（Sternocleidomastoid muscle）的aP2-Cre及Cdh5-Cre tdTomato标记细胞进行比较分析后发现，二者可标记相同的内皮细胞群。本研究对取自多个肌肉群的aP2-Cre与Cdh5-Cre tdTomato标记细胞的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）数据开展了单细胞基因表达分析。
