Supplementary Data for: GuFi phages represent the most prevalent viral family-level clusters in the human gut microbiome

This repository contains the Supplementary Data and viral sequence files associated with the manuscript "GuFi phages represent the most prevalent viral family-level clusters in the human gut microbiome". The following corrections have been made: Supplementary Data 5: Viral family-level clusters (VFCs) were renumbered according to prevalence (previously they were the default labels output by the hierarchical clustering algorithm). Supplementary Data 6: The "spacer matching" sheet was corrected to include vOTUs without VFC assignments. All other files are unchanged from Version 1.0.
