El Verde Summer 2024 Anolis-Malaria and Transect Data

This dataset gathers morphometric, microhabitat, and distance sampling data for Anolis lizards endemic to the island of Puerto Rico. This data was collected within the Luquillo Forest Dynamics Plot (LFDP) during the Summer 2024 field season as part of a long-term project. Data from this project has been used to explore patterns of disturbance and recovery, recolonization, and infection dynamics with particular emphasis on Anolis gundlachi as a study system.
