资源简介:
This study used paraffin section to analyze characteristics of anther development in celery and explored related genes involved in anther development by transcriptome sequencing. A total of 1,074 differentially expressed genes were identified by transcriptome sequencing in early flower bud, middle flower bud and early flowering period, and functional annotation indicated that these genes were involved in physiological and biochemical processes such as ribosomes, sugar metabolism, and amino acid metabolism. Transcription factor families such as C2H2, AP2/ERF, bZIP, WRKY and MYB played a key regulatory role in the anther development and had different regulatory capacities at different stages.
