资源简介:
P. ramorum NA1 is an invasive pathogen that has established a population in coastal California as recently as the mid 1990s. The population is asexually propagating with genetic diversity generated by somatic mutations, most notably, Structural Variants (SVs). SVs arise independently in geographically distinct locations such as Big Sur region of Monterey Co. and Sonoma Co. leading to parallel evolution at the genotypic level. We ask if parallel SVs are associated with convergent abiotic and biotic conditions in Big Sur, Monterey Co. and Sonoma Co.
