87Sr/86Sr and δ88Sr of bone heated up to 1400°C
收藏资源简介:
Experiment 1 > 16 isotope measurements (87Sr/86Sr and δ⁸⁸Sr) of reference materials from the national institute of standards and technology (NIST) reference numbers 1400, and 1486. Each of the standard powders was burnt at different temperatures over a duration of 4 hours. For each measurement also the F-Factor corrected 87Sr/86Sr ratio is given based on calculations from Gerritzen et al. 2024. Experiment 2_Cow1 > 24 isotope measurements (87Sr/86Sr and δ⁸⁸Sr) and Sr concentration given in ppm from modern bovine femur fragments. Each fragment was burnt at different temperatures for a duration of 4 hours. Some unburnt fragments were included in the measurements to provide a baseline for isotope analyses. For each measurement also the F-Factor corrected 87Sr/86Sr ratio is given based on calculations from Gerritzen et al. 2024. Experiment3_COW2 > 24 isotope measurements (87Sr, 88Sr, 86Sr) of modern bovine femur fragments. 16 fragments were burnt at 700C, 18 fragments were unburnt. The fragments were immersed in a spiked solution which is indicated by the contamination collum stating the time in months. Pre-treatment protocols were applied for half of the contaminated samples according to Stamataki et al. 2021. Experiment 3_Cow2_unburnt > 4 isotope measurements (87Sr/86Sr and δ⁸⁸Sr) and Sr concentrations given in ppm of modern bovine femur fragments.
