Frammento, prosa d'arte, prosa in prosa: gli studi di Valli sulla «prosa di poeti»

The aim of this paper is that of examining the studies on the so called «frammento lirico» and «prosa d'arte», which Donato Valli carried out from 1980 to 2001. Valli's investigations should be placed in the context of the decades-long work he carried out on certain poetic aspects, considered more problematic and unclassifiable, almost heretical and marginal, irreducible to the hegemonic lines and canons of the Twentieth-century, regarding the poetry of Lucini, Comi and Onofri, as well as the works by Rebora and Boine.
