This study was performed to understand the post-glacial migration history of the wide-ranging, eastern North American shrub, Viburnum lantanoides. To this end, RAD-sequencing was performed on samples collected from populations distributed across the range of V. lantanoides. Resulting genetic data were analysed to: identify the number of distinct genetic clusters; infer patterns of lineage splitting; and, reconstruct demographic histories.
