Storm Bay, Derwent and Huon River Estuaries, November 2008, HPLC Pigment data

This record contains data generated from samples collected on the CMAR vessel Explorer in Storm Bay, Derwent and Huon River Estuaries between 10 November and 04 December 2008. The data can be used for Ocean Colour sensor validation. Parameters measured are the concentration of chlorophyll and carotenoid pigments. 12 stations were sampled and the data was used in the fifth NASA sponsored SeaWIFS HPLC Analysis Round-Robin Experiment (SeaHARRE-5).本数据集涵盖2008年11月10日至12月4日期间，于风暴湾（Storm Bay）、德文特河与胡恩河河口（Derwent and Huon River Estuaries），由CMAR“探索者号”（Explorer）科考船采集的样本所生成的全部数据。该数据集可应用于海洋水色传感器（Ocean Colour sensor）的验证工作。本次测量的参数为叶绿素与类胡萝卜素色素的浓度。此次共布设12个采样站位，所获数据被用于由美国国家航空航天局（National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA）资助的第五届SeaWIFS高效液相色谱（High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC）分析循环比对实验（SeaHARRE-5）。
