资源简介:
In recent years, marine biological fouling has attracted significant attention due to the vast economics caused by it. Barnacles is one of the most well-known marine fouling creatures, and it will do considerable damage to the ship and marine construction by attaching to it. The cyprid stage of larvae plays a critical role in the attachment to the substrate, and histamine has shown great importance in regulating the attachment process. But the molecular mechanism behind it still needs further study. The purpose of this study was to investigate the histamine-induced mechanism of settlement and give new insights into the biology study of barnacles.
