Dataset related to integrating nano-P fertilization with organic fertilizers: a 4-weeks short-term soil incubation experiment to assess biochemical responses and inorganic P allocation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the data regarding a 28-days soil incubation experiment estabilished to investigate the soil biochemical responses in presence of different organic fertilizers and different soil nutritional status i.e. labile-carbon and nitrogen availability. The nanofertilizer was combined with two bio-based organic fertilizers, tannery sludge and cattle manure, and compared with KH₂PO₄ combined with the same organic fertilizers (C:N ~10). A control treatment received glucose-C (1 g kg⁻¹ soil) and NH₄NO₃-N (100 mg kg⁻¹ soil). Soil P availability and biochemical indicators, including β-glucosidase, urease, acid and alkaline phosphomonoesterase activities, microbial biomass C and N, and dissolved C and N pools, were monitored for 28 days and assessed at five time points. At the end of the incubation, P fractionation and complementary chemical analyses were performed. The file inventory also comprises of the R script for the statistical analyses of the dataset.
