SynGeNet R package implements a drug combination prediction method based on user-provided disease network data, drug target data and drug gene expression data. <br>Users have the option to provide their own disease network files or build disease networks using SynGeNet from a set of user-provided disease genes and gene expression fold-change data. Users are provided with a set of drug combination predictions ranked according to a synergy score.<br>Instructions for installation and demo data are provided in the R package.
