Data for Anxiolytic effects of fluoxetine and nicotine exposure on exploratory behavior in zebrafish

The Data.zip file contains the raw swim track output data as well as our R scripts used to process and analyze the data. Our processed output data is also included in this set.<br>The Videos.zip file contains the videos from the behavior trials. We used these files to create the swim track data for the experiment. <br>ProAnalyst Files.zip contains files for working with the ProAnalyst Software. Each video has a corresponding feature tracking file (.ftk) of the same file name. Some videos have a calibration file (.mcl) which was used for subsequent videos in numerical order until a new calibration was required.
