· Number: 10 Mice
· Groups: 1 LysCre receiving infarction, 1 LysCre sham, 2 LysCreGATa6fl/fl receiving infarction, 1 LysCreGATA6fl/fl sham
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at 24 hours post-infarction. Hearts were collected and analyzed via Flow Cytometry. Results were concatenated with PMACS-84 and PMACS-85 for analysis
