Office stock in the CEE region 2021, by city

Warsaw had the largest office space market among capital cities the CEE region. As of the third quarter of 2021, there were 6,160 thousand square meters of office stock in Poland's capital. Budapest and Kyiv completed the top three with 3,309 thousand square meters and 2,287 thousand square meters, respectively.
