RNA sequencing results in endometrial (Hec50co, Ishikawa, KLE, AN3CA) and ovarian (COV362 and OVCAR3) cancer cell lines drugged with AKT-100 show an upregulation of cell cycle regulating, apoptosis and ER stress genes. Simultaneously, there was a downregulation of most DNA repair genes.
