Replication Data for: NGOs Invite Attention: From the UN Commission on Human Rights to the UN Human Rights Council

An original dataset of NGO statements made between 1995 and 2013: the dataset records the number of statements by domestic, regional, international and Southern NGOs for a country in a given year. Domestic, regional and international are mutually exclusive identifiers, while Southern is not.本原始数据集收录了1995年至2013年间发布的非政府组织（Non-Governmental Organization，NGO）声明数据。该数据集会统计特定年份内，单一国家的国内、区域、国际及南方非政府组织的声明数量。其中国内、区域与国际类非政府组织的分类标识互斥，而南方类非政府组织的分类标识不受此互斥规则约束。
