资源简介:
Myeloid-derived STING has been recognized to play a vital role in mediating the development of colitis. We here report that in BMDMs and BMDCs, knockout of STING inhibited pathways related to IL-12/23 production and IL-12 signaling, inflammation, and the maturation and activation of macrophages and DCs. Overall design: BMDMs and BMDCs were isolated from tamoxifen-induced Tmem173fl/fl mice and Tmem173fl/flLzym-Creert2 mice. Isolated BMDMs and BMDCs were stimulated by 40 µM DMXAA. Total cellular RNA was extracted and RNA-sequecing was performed.
