This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as the practical aspects, of improving the innovation management system in textile industry enterprises. The importance of effectively organizing and managing innovative activities to ensure the competitiveness of textile enterprises in modern market conditions is substantiated. The article analyzes the main elements of the innovation management system, including the mechanisms of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling innovation processes. Particular attention is given to the introduction of digital technologies, efficient use of resources, and enhancement of innovation potential within the industry.
