PCG-AA data set

The PCG-AA amino acid data set was used to infer the phylogenies presented in Figure 1. It contains 14,209 positions and was assembled from 69 proteins encoded in the chloroplast genomes of 73 green algae. The data set was prepared using Mesquite 3.04 and is in Nexus format.本研究用于推导图1所示系统发育树的数据集为PCG-AA氨基酸数据集（PCG-AA amino acid dataset）。该数据集包含14209个位点，由73种绿藻的叶绿体基因组所编码的69种蛋白质组装而成。本数据集通过Mesquite 3.04软件完成制备，文件格式为Nexus格式。
