we collected 10 species (Erysimum cheiri, Malcolmia maritime, Brassica oleracea, Raphanus sativus, Orychophragmus violaceus, Eruca sativa, Iberis amara, Aubrieta deltoidea, Lobularia maritime and Matthiola incana) belong to different tribe in Brassicaceae family with different flower color and performed petal transcriptome and metabolome analysis.
