Multicenter prospective observational study analysing endometrial fluid and biopsy by 16S rRNA gene sequencing in a cohort of 342 infertile patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatments in 13 different centers from 3 continents. The aim was to determine whether endometrial microbiota composition in both sample types affects the reproductive outcome considering live birth, biochemical pregnancy, miscarriage, or no pregnancy.
