Survey dataset of laborers in the catering service industry in Beijing

This is a data on workers in Beijing's catering service industry, we surveyed 1,822 catering businesses in 16 districts of Beijing, involving 1,870 workers.Dataset description(1)Data source: field questionnaire(2)Survey time frame: November 2023 to November 2024(3)The dataset has been pre-processed by deleting samples with obvious missing values and replacing the merchant name with a numeric code(4)The dataset has been verified by data, and the verification method is detailed in the research report(5)The core dataset includes the gender, age range, type of catering engaged in, specific work content, whether they are Beijing locals, the location of catering service work, the number of years of service, daily working hours, monthly income, whether the income can meet the needs of life, subjective work intensity, health status, working environment, and subjective job satisfaction.
