scRNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq analysis of normoxic and hyperoxic lung in mice [scRNA-seq]

To explore the key molecules and mechanisms involved in the occurrence and development of BPD by using a hyperoxia-based BPD model in neonatal mice, providing new ideas for discovering new therapeutic target to approach the clinical prevention and treatment for BPD. We performed single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) profiling analysis of whole lung cells from mice reared in normoxia or hyperoxia.本研究通过构建基于高氧的支气管肺发育不良（Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, BPD）新生小鼠模型，探究参与支气管肺发育不良发生与发展的关键分子及机制，以期为发现新的治疗靶点以推进支气管肺发育不良的临床防治工作提供新思路。本研究对常氧或高氧环境下饲养的小鼠全肺细胞开展了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq, scRNA-seq）谱分析。
