ALIBI TRL-5 Evidence Snapshot: Sanitized, Hash-Anchored Artifact Set (Dataset, CC BY 4.0)

Sanitized controlled-environment TRL-5 evidence package for ALIBI under IDEaS CFP-006 Challenge 15. The record includes run manifests, held-out context-by-threat benchmark reports, calibration and conformal-coverage reports, raw-modality encoder reports, claim-evidence and governance records, interface samples, security/soak/edge evidence boundaries, and capture manifests. Source code, model artifacts, labelled corpus payloads, raw civic-feed payloads, and raw camera/audio files are excluded. This record supports integrity, provenance, and claim-to-artifact traceability. It is not field-performance evidence, TRL-6 evidence, or a self-contained reproduction package.
