RNAseq of WT/WT and WT/SbUGT::iaaM tobacco grafts

Wild type (WT) and SbUGT::iaaM transgenic tobacco plants were used as rootstocks to graft WT scions for micrografting. Overexpression iaaM gene in rootstock exhibited rapid callus formation and faster graft union healing. To reveal the mechanisms at molecular level, scions and rootstock tissues of WT/WT and WT/iaaM grafts were harvested seperately for transcriptome analysis.
