Raw experimental data for the acetic acid enema-induced ulcerative colitis mouse model

Colons were collected at day 5 for imaging and colon length measurement. Processing: Body weight was calculated as % of baseline weight. DAI was scored daily using standard criteria. Colon length was manually measured. Quantitative data were analyzed and visualized with GraphPad Prism; raw colon photographs are provided. Small intestine, proximal colon and distal colon tissues were collected at day 5, paraffin embedded, sectioned and H&E-stained. Micrographs were acquired at 100× and 200× magnification. Processing: Tissue sections were evaluated with standardized histological scoring for edema and inflammatory infiltration. Representative images were selected. Histological score data were analyzed and visualized in GraphPad Prism; raw H&E micrographs and scoring values are included. Figure 4 Content source: Raw FCS flow cytometry data from colonic IEL/LPL immune cells isolated from male C57BL/6 mice (Control, Saline, 4% acetic acid colitis groups) harvested at day 5 post-enema. Processing: FCS files analyzed by FlowJo with manual gating according to the strategy shown in Figure A-B. Immune subsets (γδT, CD8⁺T, CD4⁺T, macrophages, dendritic cells) were quantified as percentages of CD45⁺ cells. GraphPad Prism was used for statistics and plotting.
