Dataset, logs and .scen files for the article The Time Limits of Reinforcement: Airlift Availability and the Rapid Deployment of a Reinforced Mechanized Company from the Czech Republic to the Baltic RegionNote on CMO message-log artefacts and event codingThe raw CMO message logs are provided for auditability. The processed Excel workbook should be treated as the authoritative dataset for scenario results, completion times, force-package assumptions, and aircraft-availability inputs. Some raw CMO logs contain simulator-generated scheduler messages, duplicate cancelled flight-plan entries, runway/access sequencing warnings, or internal return-base messages. These entries were not automatically coded as failed transport events. They were treated as CMO message-log artefacts unless they corresponded to an executed aircraft failing to complete its assigned movement cycle. Completion times were extracted from executed aircraft movement and delivery-related events, including aircraft readiness at origin bases, readiness at Ostrava Leoš Janáček Airport, departure from Ostrava, readiness at Šiauliai Air Base, and subsequent aircraft reuse cycles. A scenario was coded as complete when the final relevant cargo element required by the modelled package was delivered to Šiauliai Air Base. The coding rule was therefore event-based: only executed aircraft movements and destination delivery events were used to calculate scenario completion times. Autogenerated scheduler warnings, duplicate cancelled scheduled-flight entries, or internal flight-plan messages were excluded from completion-time calculations when the corresponding aircraft subsequently completed the relevant movement cycle. This coding approach reflects the purpose of the dataset: to compare reinforcement transport timelines under alternative aircraft-availability and basing configurations, not to analyse CMO mission-scheduler behaviour as an object of study.
