We developed LB cells overexpressing ABCA3, SFTPB, SFTPC, and SFTPD in A549 cells. Using LB cells in high content screening, we identified HPbCD. HPbCD improved amiodarone-induced LB abnormality in iPS cell-derived alveolar organoids. Overall design: A549 cells and LB cells were seeded and cultured with DMSO or 10 mg/ml HPbCD. After 24h incubation, the cells were treated with DMSO or 10 µM amiodarone for 24h and harvested. The transcriptomes of these cells were obtained based on paired-end reads (100-bp) with Illumina Novaseq 6000.
