PUBLISHED DATA — ANNUAL UPDATE FROM CDIA — ONLY WATERCOURSES Watercourses or portions of streams to be bordered by grassed strips under Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions (GAEC) of agricultural policy. The rivers retained under GAEC from 2020 in the Tarn are those defined under the water policy (Article L.215-7-1 of the Environmental Code). The complete mapping of rivers within the meaning of this definition is published on the Tarn State website. Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree. These rivers are defined in the inter-ministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.
