To investigate OSMR dependency in normal human lung fibroblasts, cells were preincubated with anti-OSM, or (one of 2) anti-OSMR, or anti-OSM+anti-OSMR antibodies, then stimulated with OSM or PBS for 24 hours. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of bulk RNA-seq data of 5 different donors each treated 6 different ways: PBS; OSM+isotype control; OSM+anti-OSMR-1; OSM+anti-OSMR-2; OSM+anti-OSM; OSM+anti-OSMR-1+anti-OSM (combo antibodies).
