Preprocessed Single-Cell Datasets : Predicting antigen-specific T-cell immunity against Wilms tumor 1 in hematologic cancer

This dataset comprises preprocessed single-cell RNA and TCRαβ sequencing data from a WT1-specific training cohort (6 healthy donors and 6 AML patient donors) and a cohort of 7 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients who are either newly diagnosed or relapse/refractory. Each sample provides high-resolution immune profiling, capturing both T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences and gene expression data. Accompanying metadata, including clinical annotations, are also provided. The dataset was generated and analyzed as described in:Leukemia, "Predicting antigen-specific T-cell immunity against Wilms tumor 1 in hematologic cancer," 2025.
