Baking English Corpus

The Baking English Corpus (BEC), a specialized corpus comprising over 2 million words, was constructed and analyzed in this study. This corpus focuses specifically on the language used in baking recipes and textbooks. As such, it provides a valuable resource for investigating the distinct linguistic characteristics of this domain.本研究构建并分析了烘焙英语语料库（Baking English Corpus, BEC），该专业语料库总词量超200万。该语料库专门聚焦烘焙食谱与教科书所使用的语言，因此为探究该领域独特的语言特征提供了宝贵的研究资源。
