FluxLab established a permanent methane measurement test site in Petrolia, Ontario, named SIMFLEX – Simulation and Measurement Facility for Landfill Emission Experiments. SIMFLEX incorporates multiple computer-controlled point and area sources capable of emitting up to ~840 kg/hr. This data archive includes measurements from experiments conducted in November 2024 and May and June 2025. The datasets include the experiment flow rates and timing, the methane measurements from multiple approaches, and on-site wind measurements.
The original data are in CSV format. The archive engine generated the TAB-formatted files.
A README.txt file is available within each measurement approach folder.
