This dataset provides an open-source library of 3D-printable molds for creating silicone surgical training models for anastomosis, suturing, and microsurgical skills development. The library contains more than 10,000 preconfigured geometries covering a wide range of lumen diameters, wall thicknesses, and segment lengths. All models are provided as ready-to-print STL files, organized by diameter for intuitive access without requiring CAD experience. The molds are designed to fabricate closed-end tubular silicone structures with defined geometry and reproducible mechanical properties. These models can be used for suturing, defect closure, and end-to-end or side-to-side anastomosis training. The workflow is low-cost, scalable, and accessible, using standard FDM 3D printing and two-component casting silicone. Reusable molds enable batch production and repeated training. A short quickstart video is included, demonstrating the full fabrication workflow from printing and assembly to silicone casting and demolding. This project aims to lower barriers to hands-on surgical training and to enable distributed, reproducible simulation environments across different training levels.
