Group 1 (Plant-associated rhizosphere microbiome): Arabidopsis plants were inoculated in the rhizosphere with Pseudomonas strain 2P24 and its mutants. Rhizosphere soil samples were collected at 7, 14, and 21 days post-inoculation for 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing to characterize plant-associated microbial community dynamics.Group 2 (Soil microbiome without plants): Soil was inoculated with Pseudomonas strain 2P24 and its mutants in the absence of plants. Soil samples were collected at 7, 14, and 21 days post-inoculation for 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing to analyze microbial community changes independent of plant influence.
