A collection primary tumor tissues of patients diagnosed with primary breast carcinoma between 2014 and 2017. All samples were formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tumors. All Triple negative breast cancer was defined by absence of hormonal receptors (ER-/PR-) and HER2- by immunohistochemistry. Genomic DNA (gDNA) was extracted, enriched, and sequenced of all exomes on the Illumina HiSeq.
