A fluorescent carbon dots probe for detection of aqueous nitrite was fabricated by a one-pot hydrothermal method and the transmission electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, UV-Vis absorption spectrometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to study the property of carbon dots. The fluorescent property of carbon dots influenced by concentration of aqueous nitrite was studied. The interaction between the electron-donating functional groups and the electron-accepting nitrous acid could account for the quenching effect on carbon dots by adding aqueous nitrite. The products of the hydrolization of aqueous nitrite performed stronger quenching effect at lower pH. The relationship between the relative fluorescence intensity of carbon dots and the concentration of nitrite was described by the Stern-Volmer equation (I0/I-1=0.046[Q]) with a fine linearity (R2=0.99). The carbon dots-based probe provides a convenient method for the detection of nitrite concentration.
本研究采用一锅水热法制备了一种用于检测水体亚硝酸盐的荧光碳点(fluorescent carbon dots)探针,并通过透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscope, TEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray Diffractometer, XRD)、紫外-可见吸收光谱仪(Ultraviolet-Visible Absorption Spectrometer, UV-Vis)及荧光分光光度计对碳点的性能展开了表征与分析。考察了水体亚硝酸盐浓度对碳点荧光性能的影响。研究表明,给电子官能团与吸电子亚硝酸之间的相互作用,可解释水体亚硝酸盐添加后对碳点产生的荧光猝灭效应。水体亚硝酸盐的水解产物在低pH条件下展现出更强的猝灭效果。碳点的相对荧光强度与亚硝酸盐浓度之间的关系可通过斯特恩-沃尔默方程(Stern-Volmer equation)(I₀/I - 1 = 0.046[Q])进行拟合,二者呈现出良好的线性关系(R²=0.99)。基于碳点的探针为亚硝酸盐浓度的检测提供了一种简便可行的方法。
