Effect of depletion of SXN10 on gene expression in colonic epithelial cells from DSS-induced colitis models

To investigate the function SNX10 in the regulation of intestine stem cell self-renew, we established epithelial SNX10 conditional knock-out mice.Snx10fl/fl (WT) and Snx10fl/fl;Vil-Cre+ (Snx10 cKO) mice (n = 3) were subjected to colitis induction with 3% DSS (Dextran sulfate) for 7 days, followed by regular drinking water for 3 days. Colonic epithelial cells were collected at day10 and lysed followed by RNA-sequencing. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different mice each group.
