Management of Cultural Tourism in Ban Toon, Muang District, Phayao Province , Thailand during the COVID-19 pandemic

The engagement of community people is facilitated by spiritual, tourism, and community leaders. 917,149 baht, or 27,792 dollars, is the result of the net present value (NPV) study. The internal rate of return (IRR) or discounted rate of return from implementing this project is 11.32%, which is greater than the interest rate on bank savings, making it a financially prudent investment. Additionally, the project, if continued, would generate an income 2.45 times bigger than its expenses since the ratio of the sum of the present value over the course of the project to the sum of the present value of the cost over the course of the project is 2.45 times. <br>
