资源简介:
This dataset contains soil microbial community sequencing data from nine Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) sites in the United States, as well as three non-LTER arid sites (Mojave, Chihuahuan, and Great Basin), collected as part of a global change experiment. Soil samples were analyzed using fungal ITS2 and bacterial 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing to assess microbial responses to warming, drought, and nitrogen enrichment treatments. So, the dataset represents microbial community composition across experimental plots under contrasting environmental conditions. Raw sequence data are available through the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Sequence Read Archive under the corresponding BioProject accessions.
