本数据内容包括黄河中下游河南暴雨灾害死亡人口数据库（2021年）。暴雨灾害：一次短时的或连续的强降水过程，在地势低洼、地形闭塞的地区，雨水不能迅速宣泄造成农田积水和土壤水分过度饱和给农业带来灾害；甚至于引起山洪暴发、江河泛滥、堤坝决口给人民和国家造成重大经济损失。暴雨灾害死亡人口：由于暴雨灾害导致的死亡人口数据。
This dataset includes the 2021 mortality database of heavy rain disasters in Henan, located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.
Heavy rain disaster: Refers to short-duration or continuous heavy precipitation events. In areas with low terrain and enclosed topography, rainwater cannot drain quickly, leading to farmland waterlogging and excessive soil moisture saturation, which causes agricultural disasters. It may even trigger mountain torrents, river floods and dam breaches, resulting in major economic losses to people and the country.
